1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility
To be eligible to register and play at Lucky Wins, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

- You are a natural person — corporate entities and organisations may not hold player accounts.

- You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of Lucky Wins or any associated business partner.
- You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether requested through Lucky Wins or through any other gambling platform.
Lucky Wins may request identity verification documents — including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification — at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.
Age Verification: If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that an account holder is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Winnings accumulated during any period of underage play will be forfeited. Lucky Wins takes its responsibilities on this matter very seriously.
3. Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold one Lucky Wins account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, different email addresses, different names, or any other method of circumventing the one-account rule — is a serious breach of these Terms. Lucky Wins will close all duplicate accounts and may permanently ban the player involved, retaining any balances for further investigation.
When registering your Lucky Wins account, you are required to provide accurate and current information including your full legal name, mobile number, date of birth, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping all account information up to date. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
Your Lucky Wins account password is your responsibility. You must choose a strong password and must not share it with any other person. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify Lucky Wins support immediately. The Company cannot accept liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the account holder has shared or inadequately protected their login credentials.
Lucky Wins accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure.
4. Deposits
Lucky Wins accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All account balances are held and displayed in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees or international transaction charges applied by Lucky Wins to any deposit transaction.
Supported deposit methods at Lucky Wins include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to periodic review.
Deposits are typically credited to your Lucky Wins wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, you should contact Lucky Wins support with your transaction reference number for investigation.
Lucky Wins only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether from a family member, friend, or any other source — are not permitted. Deposits received from unverified third-party sources will be refunded and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.
Anti-Money Laundering: Lucky Wins is required under its operating licence to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on player accounts. We may request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds. This is a standard compliance requirement and is not an accusation of wrongdoing. Cooperation with AML verification requests is a condition of continued account use.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals from your Lucky Wins account are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified method associated with your account. Lucky Wins does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit imposed by Lucky Wins itself, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Lucky Wins processes the majority of withdrawal requests within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. In certain cases — particularly where identity verification is pending or where AML checks are required — processing may take longer.
Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed in the following circumstances:
- Your identity has not been fully verified.
- The bonus wagering requirement attached to a deposited bonus has not been met.
- There is a pending AML or fraud review on your account.
- The withdrawal amount exceeds your verified available balance.
- Your account has been flagged for suspicious activity under Lucky Wins security monitoring systems.
Lucky Wins does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees applied to a transaction are those of the payment provider, not Lucky Wins. Please check your individual payment provider's fee schedule for details.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
Lucky Wins offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.
All Lucky Wins bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in the offer details. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period.
Lucky Wins enforces a one-bonus-per-player rule. You may not participate in a promotional offer more than once unless explicitly stated in the offer terms. Creating duplicate accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all bonus funds being forfeited and the accounts involved being permanently closed.
Lucky Wins reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus will have any wagering requirements grandfathered at the terms applicable at the time of claiming.
Bonus Abuse: Lucky Wins uses automated monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse — including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts, coordinating bet patterns with other players to exploit promotions, and systematically withdrawing immediately upon clearing requirements across multiple offers. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have its promotional access removed and accrued bonus winnings forfeited.
7. Gameplay Rules
All games and betting markets available at Lucky Wins are operated under specific game rules, which are accessible from within each game interface. These game rules are supplementary to these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.
Lucky Wins uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) for all non-live games. The RNG systems are independently audited to verify fairness and randomness. Live dealer games use physical cards and real-time video streaming from licensed studios. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures are accurate and reflect the certified payout percentages.
Cricket betting and other sports betting markets at Lucky Wins are governed by standard sports betting rules. Odds are set and may fluctuate up to the point of market closure. In-play bets are accepted subject to available markets. Lucky Wins reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of pricing errors, data feed failures, or suspicious betting patterns.
If a technical fault, disconnection, or software error occurs during gameplay, Lucky Wins will attempt to reconstruct the state of the game from server records and settle accordingly. Where this is not possible, the affected round or bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
8. Prohibited Activity
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Lucky Wins platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited activity will have their account suspended immediately, their funds withheld pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with Lucky Wins software, servers, or infrastructure.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including fraud, theft, or money laundering.
- Providing false personal information during registration or verification.

- Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or software glitches to gain an unfair advantage.

Lucky Wins monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited behaviour. Our security systems operate continuously and flag unusual patterns for human review. Players who believe they have been incorrectly flagged may appeal through the Lucky Wins support team.
9. Responsible Gaming

10. Account Suspension and Closure
Lucky Wins reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
- Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
- A reasonable belief that continued operation of the account poses a legal or regulatory risk to Lucky Wins.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming notification from an authorised body.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting Lucky Wins support. Any genuine real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, Lucky Wins reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation and may permanently ban the relevant player from re-registering.
11. Limitation of Liability

Lucky Wins' total liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player to their account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Lucky Wins' liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Lucky Wins collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms. By registering a Lucky Wins account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Lucky Wins uses your data to operate your account, process payments, fulfil our legal obligations, prevent fraud, and communicate with you about your account and relevant promotions (subject to your communication preferences). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to Lucky Wins' operating territory, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.
